Matrix Symphony

Anthony's lovely mother, Pam, took us to the Seattle Symphony at Benaroya Hall. We heard and saw The Matrix. The film in concert combines the Seattle Symphony playing live to the projected movie. It was fun to get out and do something special. It was only a little uncomfortable sitting for so long. There was an intermission which was nice. Some were dressed in Matrix attire which was fun to see.

Daddy's Little Helper

Rhett loves to be Daddy's helper in the garage. He has become quite demanding when he knows a fixing project is going on. He will demand tools and has to handle objects that actually belong to the project. In the past, Rhett would get his own tools from his toy work bench. Now he has to have Daddy's real tools and loves to go in the shop to pick out one on the pegboard wall filled with tools. Luckily for Daddy and Rhett there are always projects going on in this house.

Little Monsters

These little monsters got into the garage freezer and found chocolate pies to eat. That same day when I fell asleep on the couch, they were found on the kitchen counter eating cookie dough. At least Caramel shared with Rhett and opened one for him too. That day they were known as the chocolate monsters.

Volcano

Lately, I have not had the energy or desire to move. When Rhett naps, I take my nap as well. Not much is getting done and any project seems like a huge task. Rhett and Caramel are set in their room and the baby room has all of Rhett's newborn to 6 months clothes in the closet. I did manage to clean the infant car seat today, hooray.
When Caramel saw my belly she said I looked like a volcano. Which is funny because I have never heard her use the word volcano. "You look like you are going to blast off." She called me a volcano again 2 days later, confirming her decision. Well I do feel like I am going to explode any minute, but I have more than a month before my due date. I am hoping for an early arrival!

Preschool Graduation

Caramel graduated from Cross and Crown at the end of May. Graduation was fun with lots of songs and a fun slide show DVD to kept. She enjoyed one year there in Mrs. McKinley's AM class. It was nice for her to get to know some of the kids she will be attending Kindergarten with. Every preschool day she wanted to go to school which hopefully stays the same for Kindergarten. Only thing she hates is the hair brushing. She officially picks out what she wears each day (plus and a minus).
Rhett was happy to be there especially when the little cupcakes
came out and 4 adults made sure he got at least one.
