PTA Convention

I carpooled with Tiffany Park Elementary's PTA to Washington State PTA Convention in SeaTac. The president for Tiffany Park is our renters. So if was fun to ride with her and some other friends. Three members from the Fairwood PTSA went. I was nice to learn more and get to know other volunteers more.

We have had some visitors eating our trash. The first time it was the mother (bottom left) and cub (bottom right). The next two times it was the cub alone.

We did some boiled egg dying and some egg painting.

Easter Sunday they each got to find 12 of their colored eggs.

Caramel's Birthday

Caramel's first picture taken with her phone. This is a true smile from Caramel which is hard to get when it comes to taking pictures. She was super excited to get her phone and be able to walk around with headphones listening to music with it. She decorated it with some gemstones in the shape of butterflies.

Buttercup the hamster was also a birthday present. Her last hamster two years ago didn't live too long (2 months, I believe). This male hamster doesn't bite as much as the last one.

For Caramel's birthday she picked out an Oreo ice cream cake. We celebrated on Easter Sunday. Caramel's birthday ended up being the day after Easter. Other presents she received were Pokémon cards, a mermaid tail blanket, books, and games. Caramel and I went shopping and bought some clothes for spring.

For a party she wanted to go to a movie with a new friend but the friend ended up cancelling. So she picked Rhett to go to The Boss Baby movie. We got popcorn and ate at Five Guys afterwards.

Wolf Haven Field Trip- Caramel 4th grade

 

Caramel's went to Wolf Haven for her 4th grade field trip. It is located in Tenino which is South of Renton. She was very excited to bring her new phone to take pictures.

Looks like they had fun and it didn't rain so that was a plus!

Allison's Easter Party

Rhett made a new good friend this year. They both like to collect and trade Pokémon cards. We celebrated Easter at her houseAnthony was the lucky winner to wear the Easter bunny costume. He tried to get Caramel but she ran away. Myles and Rhett didn't want to get near the Easter bunny.

Camellia Check up

At age 3 Camellia weighs 36lbs 2oz (88%) and 3'4" (95%) tall. She didn't have any immunization shots. She very much disliked the doctor checking her ears and stomach. Very shy unlike her usually outgoing self. She picked a Goofy sticker at the end. No concerns for heathy Camellia.

Here is a cute picture of her when she is suppose to be in bed, but makes a new bed in the hallway and finally falls asleep.

Looking for a fun family activity to celebrate Grammy's birthday. We ended up at 8-Bit Arcade in downtown Renton. The motorcycle game was a favorite and the candy machines of course.

Camellia's First Grammy Day

Finally being 3 years old, Camellia is ready for Grammy days. Camellia did some quick shopping on her first Grammy day. Picking out two different pink chairs, Minnie bunny, and a Trolls table right when she entered the store and carrying them around  being content with the decision. She was probably just in shock hearing, "yes, you can get this" instead of  "no." She loved setting up the 2 chairs and Minnie around the house and even outside when she got home.
