Anthony Birthday Celebration

Anthony had is sister Charity, Benny, father, and mother visit for his birthday. We ended up eating at home in the backyard. Anthony had a cheesecake variety cake and rocky road ice cream. His candle was a special one that started like a sparkler then opened up like a flower with candles all around and played the Happy Birthday song. Neil purchased the special candle. The kids got him a pogo stick which everyone wanted to test out.

School Events

Myles's Preschool Graduation

Myles had his Cross and Crown preschool graduation. It was very cute with the variety of songs the kids sang. Myles really enjoyed singing. It was a hot day and by the time it was over his graduation hat was all sweaty. The kids played on the playground after and had berries, cookies, and popsicles.

Myles enjoyed Mrs. Alsept's class. He loved the routine and jobs. He is still working his fine motor skills. When he writes, he gets frustrated a lot. He is going to go to Cross and Crown again next year with Mrs. Alsept. I think he will enjoy waiting another year for all day school. He does have a lot of friends moving on to Kindergarten but we will meet knew friends.

Hamster Escape

Caramel's hamster was "freed" about 3 times. Camellia loves playing the hamster especially when the older kids are not school. She puts him in the Barbie house and loves to walk around the house with him. Usually she is in the girls room for nap time and gets the hamster out then falls a sleep. Only one time I couldn't find the hamster in the girls room. It had ventured down the hall in the front room and was snuggled up in the corner.

Camellia loves the hamster the most! 

Van Change

With the Madza MPV nearing 100k miles, the decision was made to sell. I enjoyed having the smaller blue van. Myles had the suggestion of getting a pink van. We bought a gray Honda Odyessy, if you are driving around or in a parking lot you can probably see one. Anthony doesn't like how common it is. Camellia even says a lot, there is our van. It has a lot more space which is great.

Cross and Crown Pajama Day

Myles enjoyed preschool. He has learned to smile at the camera and make funny faces of course. Pajama day is always a hit!
