New Purchase

Anthony is always buying surprising things. This is the last beauty he came home with. A big white box. He laid flooring down and is storing one of his cars in it on the side of the house. It was tricky getting to the side of the house with the muddy grass. He sold his flat bed trailer to a friend.

Caramel's B-day

Caramel had a hard time deciding what to do for her birthday. She wanted to go swimming so she was limited on the friends she could invite since I had to drive them all to the pool. A couple extra girls got magically invited, but it all worked out in the end with a couple not being able to make it. It was a fun group of girls. We started at the house with dinner, cake, presents, and a little playing in the backyard. Then headed to Lindbergh pool were we swam for an hour and a half then parents pick up at the pool. The girls and gifts were all really fun! Caramel got an electric scooter. It is pretty fun.

Kindergarten Orientation

Myles went to Kindergarten Orientation. We were early so I could set up PTSA stuff including this welcome sign. I talked about the PTSA to the new parents. Myles had to bring his backpack since we were going to school. He went to the classroom just fine with the Kindergarten teachers. He knows the school pretty well. Full day Kindergarten next year!!

No Front Teeth

Rhett lost the next front tooth. He really enjoys making funny faces now that the two front teeth are missing. He exaggerates his facial expressions. It is sad he will soon have adult teeth. :(

T-Ball Games

Myles is doing T-ball. His team is the Raptors. There are two other teams and we know a handful of the kids from school and church. Myles hasn't enjoyed T-ball. He is afraid he will get hit with the ball when throwing and catching is practiced. He isn't able to stay focused on the batter and plays in the sand or with the bases. What Myles enjoys the most is the monkey bars at Renton Park Elementary were practice and games are held. It is a long set of bars that are close together perfect for smaller kids. He recently mastered the rings at Allen Park and loves to check out monkey bars at parks.

Rainy Days

We are waiting patiently for the sun. Rain and rain and more rain lately. We walked Soos Creek Trail to see if the big puddles were there. Enjoyed some whirlpools and yellow plants.

Myles loves to look under the garden stones for bugs. We had quite the collection in is dump truck. Even a fun newt looking guy.

Check Up Time

Camellia finally had her 4 year check up. She is so talkative and confident at only 4 years old. She likes to show her four fingers when you ask her how old she is.

She loves to steal my phone and watch Shimmer and Shine (a show about 2 girl genies). She is so talkative and will play with her Barbie's and have the bossy conversations between them. Her Chelsea Barbie dolls are still her favorite. When we went to Rolling Hills Pool, Cami found a swim themed Chelsea doll, so was so excited. I knew I would have to check before leaving and sure enough Cami was trying to sneak it home.

She loves to lock bedroom doors and not let Myles in when she has friends over. Cami is handy with a screwdriver to unlock bedroom doors.

She loves to drive around the back and front yard in the Barbie Power Wheels Jeep. (It is about to fall apart but is still drivable after 10 years of Kranz kids driving.) She loves to take off her seat belt in the van when I am still driving which is so annoying.

Camellia pick out a makeup case that looks like a cell phone at the last shopping trip. She loves is so much. She also loves nail polish and has wrecked clothes and towels with her polish mess.
