Youngest Two at the Zoo

 Getting around to using some free passes before they expired at the end of the year. We took two neighbor friends with us. As always saw only one side of the zoo and spend time in the indoor play area acting like animals.

Penguins

The upper grades (4th-6th) were able to do a clay winter project. These are penguins from a 5th grade class. It was super fun making them with the classes. I am learning new art skills being the art appreciation chair for the PTSA. I was nervous using the kiln for the first time. The penguins turned out so cute after the students painted them. Not too many feet had to be hot glued on.
