Myles' Baptism

Myles was baptized on August 1st at noon. It was a different experience with COVID restrictions. The baptism was limited to our family at the Renton Stake Center building and one bishopric leader. We were allowed to have a virtual meeting with others viewing the baptism through Zoom. This made it possible for my siblings and Anthony's siblings and cousins to view the baptism. Usually only grandparents can make the trip so it was nice to have all the extended family. Another special treat was Elan (my brother's son) was able to give a talk about baptism and the Holy Ghost. He did a great job, a wonderful example for the family to hear. He is starting a mission to Mexico soon.

This was a busy Saturday, we watched another baptism at 10am, Myles' friend Jason. Then did Myles' baptism. Then went to look at our Golden Retriever dog in Mt. Vernon we are getting in a couple weeks. Then we went to Seahurst to meet up with the other family that had a baptism earlier. We wanted their baptisms to be together but it wasn't allowed. Debbie was sweet and bought cookies for Jason and Myles with their names and CTR. I got a quick picture with Rhett and the cookies before they were all gone. We didn't stay long at the beach as it was getting late. It didn't stop Cami and Myles from playing the water in their clothes.
Anthony treated the kids to popsicles, Sonic for the boys and Powder Puff girl for the girls. Blue mouths for everyone.
